As President & Chief Operating Officer for Timpte Inc., Dale brings over 20 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and marketing products in the agricultural & construction equipment industry. Throughout his year career with Cargill, AGCO, & Terex, Dale has held several management positions including: Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager; Operations Manager, and Vice President & General Manager. He has experience in a variety of business aspects—manufacturing, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and product development.

Previous experience includes Vice President & Managing Director of Operations for a large tractor & combine equipment manufacturer in Marktoberdorf, Germany. He most recently held the position of VP & General Manager for a leading manufacturer of construction and road building equipment. His international experience extends throughout the globe with primary focus within Latin America, Europe, Russia, Australia, and a variety of developing countries.
